Living in Florida for 8 months of the year for the last 3 years started to make us think about decluttering our home in Rochester and eventually selling. As we progressed, we gave Rick a call just to see what would be involved, what the market was like, how long it might take, etc. Rick explained the whole process, walked us thru the documentation, arranged for photos, listed it, coordinated walk thru appointments and the subsequent offers. Rick made it as seamless as it could be and very successful in that the home sold within days of listing and for a significant amount over asking price. Post sale, Rick was also very helpful in referring us with contacts for estate sales, clean out services,etc. Rick possesses the necessary experience and knowledge in the real estate industry, but his success with his clients is because of his professionalism, communication and organizational skills.
